At the same time we getWan 3.0Minimax H3Seedance 2.5All of them are steps up from their respective previous generations. I'm playing around with them and it is fun. Can't always find an uncensored API, though.
>>6210979"uncensored" and "API" are oxymoronsYou can run Minimax locally though
>>6209639
I can't find a Seedance API that doesn't censor this, but I put the same prompt in Wan 3.0 and Minimax H3.I would say Wan 3.0 is actually better.Kling is okay, but it will use the same voices and visual effects over and over. Veo can have great visuals but has a lot of IP censorship.
>>6210994forgot to actually attachThis is the prompt in Wan 2.7 (the last version before 3.0 which I think was just released yesterday)
Wan 3.0This is the same base prompt, but I added extra stuff at the end because Wan 3.0 can do 30 seconds.
Wan 3.0This is a different prompt with Despero, I tried this same prompt with Wan 3.0 vs. Minimax H3 to see the difference. This one is 30 seconds again, the H3 will be 15 seconds.
Minimax H3This is the same Despero prompt (with max 15 seconds length).Overall I think Wan 3.0 is better at action sequences and better at inferring the styles. I don't tell it to use comic book aesthetic but Wan picked up on it while H3 didn't.An optimized H3 might eventually be better though, who knows. Wan 3 has an extra 15 seconds which might be a lot of fun.
pure slop so far this thread
H3 does not know the soulja boy.
>>6210933Jesus, man, I think you're overcooking these a bit now. Jim looks like nightmare fuel.
>>6211002kinda crazy this is a few years old and better than most of the stuff being made nowadays
Well I tried. On one side, it is crazy I can do this on my home PC. On the other the prompt explicitly specified she is supposed to think to herself and not speak. It works maybe half of the time. And bonus points to anyone who understands the reference.
>>6211003>Wan 3 has an extra 15 seconds which might be a lot of fun.you can go for more than 15 seconds on H3 locally, the model doesn't mind as long as you have enough power to support it
fast motion is going to be tricky.
>>6211089there one way to fix thishttps://github.com/matlowai/ComfyUI-MAINodes
>>6211089Nice. I hope one day there is an automatic comic/manga => video workflow to make a cartoon or anime out of anything.

What sites are you using for minimax H3?How much money did you spend?
>>6211106Runpod20 usdI'm trying Sogni right now but this shit takes forever to generate
>>6211091I mean making the bugs fall faster.
Beanstalk. made this one over the weekendhttps://files.catbox.moe/31hob1.mp4this is too large to upload. if one of you is able to reduce the size without ruining the quality too much, feel free to reupload
>>6211106Running it locally, even though I wasn't really planning to. Haven't been consistently local genning for a couple of years since it got practical to use sites like replicate but now the prices have gone up so much per gen it's worth doing it locally again. Especially since the local models are so good now you can use them for practical stuff again.Ended up spending a few days with gpt assisting me in optimizing the h3 workflow and my system in the process. Ended up undervolting my gpu and increasing ram timings which I had been running too low for years because I just left everything on auto so it defaulted to a really low fallback.
>>6211111>if one of you is able to reduce the size without ruining the quality too much, feel free to reuploadthe video is too long it's gonna be hard:- 4chan is still stuck in the 2000s when they think that 6gb max for a video is acceptable- they don't have the modern pluggins so they don't support advanced compression methods like h.265
>>6211114>6gb maxShould be.
>>6211114It's an image board, not youtube. The fact they even allow mp4 is silly. Highly compressed webm in vp9 is fine.
>>6211116>The fact they even allow mp4 is silly.why are you lurking on wsg if you hate the fact that 4chan supports videos?
>>6211118that's not what I said at all
some rando uploaded a vid i made here to twitter and it got 20k views and a million comments. makes u think... is a meme totally authorship free. i mean it's often 'stolen' IP in the first place... can someone steal your edit of stolen content ?
>>6211111checked, but you might as well have converted it as well so at least people may have a passing interest in it. Some anons might not even have access to catbox and that site is finicky at the best of times. A 90 sec video isn't that bad to upload a decent quality one, you should always make sure to reduce the audio bitrate as leaving that on high increases the file size by a lot. So just a case of a smaller resolution.
>>6211121>can someone steal your edit of stolen content ?desu I hate copyright shit so... when it comes to that I'm a full commie
>>6211121Probably best not to upload to Catbox then and at least if you do that make sure that all the metadata is tripped because you can simply give all the info away and they can just drag that into a workflow or if done say by Wan2GP the same again - just dragged to the tab that accepts files and all settings, prompts etc are intact.
>>6211111>>6211114>>6211122I did the best I could with the file size reduction. let's see how it looks
>>6211125>I did the best I could with the file size reduction.it's 6mb max so you still have 1mb to spare
>>6211126I'll try it again. I typed in 5.7 as a target size, because it always goes a little above or below instead of what I'm aiming for
>>6211126ironically as there is 1mb to spare it shows it easily was OK to post it anyway without the external link being the only way
>>6211128nah, the original is 108mb
>>6211121well it does get complicated as it could be down to fair use, but if someone was literally using it to make money then that is when claims are made as you see it all the time and that is when the lawyers rub their hands. There is also simply the idea, so people take the idea in a gen and copy it - simply doing another gen with everything basically the same but like as if it was done on a different seed.
>>6211121which one? just post the original here
>>6211130The cuda cores aren't used to decode video streams and such. I can still watch movies and youtube or play games through geforce now even while my gpu chews through a gen.
>>6211129yes I know the original is over 100mb, but you have to take into account the audio bitrate was 128 - so that could be reduced. I actually think lower resolutions look better for some AI because they seem too clean and artificial, the less sharper detail helps cover up that AI look. The Grok gens are a good example of how terrible AI can look, the too clean a gen
Wan 3.0 might even have better action than Seedance, this one turned out pretty good. I don't think I've seen a video with good action choreography in H3 yet.
>>6211136that's a good point. here, I think this should be a better fit
>>6211137Wan 3.0 is API only, if I wanted to make action fights with API models I'll still stick to Seedance 2.0/2.5
>>6211141Seedance APIs have more strict moderation, I am barely able to sneak anything past their IP filters. Wan is more relaxed.
