I've noticed a severe lack of bugs in my life. They no longer cake my windshield. Cute, ugly, scary, normal, anything related to them will be greatly appreciated.

>They no longer cake my windshield.
some fuckery is going on, 20 years ago i used to get splattered insects on my windscreen but i haven't seen that for a time now. England for reference, yeah June-August has been roasting (it's called summer) but where are all the insects?
must be some around as the swallows in my farmyard seem reasonably happy - but they'll be fucking off soon.
however these fucking vinegar/drainflies can absolutely do one, they are doing my nut in. get off my beer you cunts

This time every year butterflies park inside my appartment only to get utterly annihilated by my cat. I save as many of them as I can but they keep coming in here somehow.

Climate change

Climate change causes a ton of different things but in terms of what you mentioned about insects: long term a massive amounts of insects are going to die which in turn causes plant life to die which in turn causes food shortages which in turn causes animals to die which in turn causes even more food shortages and finally humans will begin to die.

But don't worry about it, climate change is not real and should not be worried about. (this disclaimer was brought to you by Saudi Aramco, ExxonMobil, Chevron, Shell, PetroChina and BP)

"climate change" as it's spun in the narrative isn't "real".
maybe the fuckin illuminati/rothschilds/lizards/demons/etc shouldn't have been doing "geoengineering" for almost 100 years but i don't think you're ready for the rest of that story, let alone the fake sun.
you probably think co2 is le bad and don't know the percentage of what "we" (mankind) actually contribute to the ppm.

>long term a massive amounts of insects are going to die which in turn causes plant life to die which in turn causes food shortages which in turn causes animals to die which in turn causes even more food shortages and finally humans will begin to die.
yes, thanks very much captain condescending, i know how those dominoes fall. pollinators are an essential link in the chain.
we're all fucked, extinction level event is rapidly approaching (historically speaking).
agenda 2030 is only a few years away and i doubt anything will exist by 2100 but that's being generous.

OC from my own backyard
this is a polyphemus moth caterpillar, or the North American giant silk moth.
it's about 3-4 inches long as a caterpillar, biggest 'pillar creating the largest common moth i will see in my region.
they eat the leaves from oak/maple/birch trees. i found it here descending my oak tree.
they get the entirety of their lives' nutrition in the caterpillar stage, they no longer eat as adult moths.
as adult moths, they live for 4 days or up to a week. these few days are dedicated entirely to reproduction.
their average total lifespan is about 3 months.
egg for 10 days, caterpillar for 6 weeks, pupa for 2 weeks, and adult moth for 1 week.
