Cut a smaller piece of a Wan 3.0 output, I don't think manually cutting the interesting bits and then downscaling them will be worth the effort. Downscaling a 30 second clip makes it really small, though.

you should be able to encode a 30 sec video easily. What you certainly don't' do is keep the audio bitrate as default and have it at 1080p. Anons are getting 5-6 min videos on /wsg/ albeit with far smaller dimensions. However, 30 sec isn't much of a challenge at all.

Started working on mine in late August.
I haven't properly tested complex story storytelling yet. It started as just an ordinary structured prompt writer with creative controls and iterative editing. For example you can adjust style/energy/drama etc with sliders. Also iterative editing; when you generate an output prompt, you can highlight select a portion of the prompt and tell it to re-write it, like making a shot more exciting, splitting a shot into two or more different shots, re-writing a subject definition, etc.

I implemented my Story Planner later and it works pretty well from what I've tested so far. Uses pure latents to engineer seamless continuity between video gens, and that part works well. Challenges remain ensuring environmental consistency (the H3 model itself has some really annoying habits), making visual direction a little more interesting, etc.

Can I use this thread to discuss AI-enhanced filmmaking?
I'm not actually writing a prompt, pressing a button and walking away. I made an engine that helps render animation. Experimenting now with a static set, 3 characters. Their heads, eyes, lips move. I implemented 1 simple hand gesture per character now. The plot is a sort of video podcast, think a very oversimplified Space Ghost Coast to Coast. I can write a script and put in the desired reactions and timings and the animation is generated in minutes (rendering the voices is the part that takes long).

I'm sad that I cannot into art and I am not a good voice actor, because honestly I would want the artwork and voices to be made by humans, but I am not one to spend money to commission artwork/voice work when I can just create my demos for free using AI.
