I'm trying to remember the name of a couple of movies, both from the late 90s or early 00s, 2005 at the latest.
One was a horror movie revolving around a supernatural radio station of some kind. The two main things I remember are the protagonist's boss being an immigrant who can't pronounce 'scalpel' and that becomes a recurring joke across the movie, and a scene where the protagonist tries to escape from a tower built over a cliff, related to the radio station, but has to stop because the door is really high on the tower and there's no way down. The protagonist was a young woman.

As for the other movie, the only thing I remember about it is there being a janitor that was aware of the plot, who worked as a mentor for the protagonists, and at some point says something along the lines of "you only know what people are like when they believe you're stupid".
This one took place in a high school, but it might have been a college. It was most likely a high school because this janitor was always being mocked by the majority of the students.

Is this "I'm Thinking of Ending Things"? Probably not because I really don't remember much about it but, I thought, it had a janitor, right?
