There isn't one. It's an obscure book and after its surge in interest after being shown off on tiktok, finding a copy of it even used is going to be damn near impossible. Your only real hope is to camp Japanese sites like mercari or yahoo auctions and pray you catch a listing. The Japanese title of the book is 美少女CGバナーコレクション. Both editions of the book include English text as far as I'm aware.
