Anyone here an IT veteran willing to talk to me via Discord DMs for some back n forth re: IT trainings and learnings?

The tl;dr is that I basically fell into a job where I don't have actual IT experience and we have low ticket volume for me to learn + boss doesn't seem to push me any specific way when I mention personal learning efforts...so I'd like someone to be able to chat with on the side about stuff like this who can be open and mindful of my situation.
