Why is my iphone randomly removing pictures from my various albums in my photos app? I dont fucking get it, it did this shit months ago but i thought a new update would fix it but i see its still doing it. Why does it keep fucking up and doing this shit? What the actual fuck is going on?

apple removes all the pictures from your phone when you're not using it so they can check to see if you're not violating any laws or their terms of service (and to copy all the good ones). sometimes they forget which albums they were in and put them back wrong.
