guessing she thinks her grandparents are creeps/sexual predators. could be a delusion could be real i'm guessing something happened and her brain is stuck on it. "they won't kicke out my body parts" probably means she thinks they're keeping her around because she has sexual value to them. i'd bet the "different depiction" and her "brain entity" being gone probably has to do with mental health care or anti-psychotics and how people treat or perceive her when she's not outright hallucinating, and her getting raped worse is because she maybe doesn't have the escapism/comfort of her hallucinations to distract her from the pain of whatever she might've gone through. that's all i got
