Is pic related the correct way to hook these PC fans up? If not, please educate me. Also, where are the normal 3-pin fan connectors on my motherboard?

It's an ASUS ROG STRIX Z390-I GAMING board, and an Antec F12 Racing ARGB fan controller, and I have other individual fans I want to connect.

I'm skeptical that the CPU connects to the right most socket, since the pins on that one are labelled 'R' 'G' and 'B', suggesting to me that it's to do with the gpu or display
the no-pin plug matching up with the 3 pin socket seems sensible
maybe the technical spec for your device tells you what each plug expects. You can then use the voltages on the motherboard to eliminate possibilities

maybe you can just wing it, i haven't built a pc
