Can someone help me find which driver is the correct one I need to install on the x230t for the digitizer and pen to behave optimally? I'm running Win 10 pro and this is the only driver that windows update doesn't fetch automatically for some reason. I only have the default windows tablet and pen driver currently. The driver I'm looking for should allow me to remap the pen buttons and restore touch sensitivity, as well as give some options like deactivating the touch screen entirely.I've been checking online and asking AIs but all I can get are conflicting answers: in some places they tell me to install the latest Wacom feel driver, some tell to NOT install it and instead try an older version, some others say that it's on the lenovo support page, some say it's not... Hoping someone here who actually owns one knows which driver is the right one.
>>1568192I don't know about optimality. I just installed the one that wacom told me to when I first got a Wacom One in 2021. It does allow me to remap the pen buttons (via 'Wacom Tablet Properties').I don't think it matters whether you have a thinkpad or a hp.When I get home I'll see what precise URL wacom told me to go to.Maybe get Wacom Center to manage your wacom deivce. I'm sure it would be able to get the right update for you. Can't recall where to get it though.Alternatively Windows may have the driver for you, if you go to "View Optional Updates" on the Windows Update settings page.
>>1568192If you don't have the original pen, make sure to get an official one and not a knockoff. Pressure sensitivity doesn't work on the knockoffs.
>>1568317I also own a Wacom One! I did try Wacom Center, but it doesn't seem to recognize the touch screen of the x230t and its pen as devices. It works nicely with my usb wacom one tablet, but doesn't do anything for the thinkpad elements themselves. Remapping the pen only affects the pen of the wacom one, not the one included with the pc.I also did all optional updates from windows update, sadly none of them was a digitizer+pen specific driver.>>1568364desu I don't really need the pressure sensitivity, but I really want the ability to remap the button. I can't be certain the pen isn't a knockoff but I know the button is recognized because a white circle appears around the cursor when I press it, even if it doesn't do anything.
>>1568378>x230t is a laptop tabletoh I asssumed you were using a separate wacom deviceyeah I don't think my case applies to you thenmaybe you can at least test the hardware works by trying a different OS
