new gpu driver error  No.1568310
I got a new graphics card and this error pops up when installing drivers.
the gpu isnt showing in task manager.
its not showing in device manager either.
It is showing up in BIOS so it is plugged in correctly
Ive used display diver uninstaller and amd cleanup utility multiple times now to get rid of old drivers and it didnt help.
something does show up in device manager under "other devices" and it says that the device location is a PCI slot so windows does recognize the gpu but it doesnt know what it is I thing

Ive been sitting here trying to fix it for 4 hours now, please help
