I made a website. Let's say it's like a webnovel site. It's pretty cool but I realized after I finished that no matter how good it is it's pointless if people don't use it. Do I just make a twitter account and pay for ads there? Go to webnovel forums and shill it? Is it all money -> online ads or is there some other method? Guerilla marketing? Where though? Hire a firm for a few thousand bucks???

Well, part of my question is whether 4chan would be a good place to advertise. I don't think a huge proportion of the population here is creating something and I can't target those people specifically.
