I'm not sure this even exists but was FDR ever actually photographed in a wheelchair with a blanket over his legs? That's pretty much always how he's depicted and it's how I picture him whenever he happens to come up but I can't find a single photograph of this. There are ones where he has a blanket and ones where he is in a wheelchair but I can't find even one with both present

FDR's disability was subject to an active media coverup that persisted until the day he died (not in the schizo sense, this coverup is public knowledge now).
Photos of him in a wheelchair are rare as a result and I imagine the blanket thing is just post-hoc interpolation. People in wheelchairs often carry blankets with them.
