What time do you eat dinner (and the rest of your meals)?

8'o'clock, though I suspect it depends it's better described as waking time + 2 hours.
I sometimes skip breakfast. Lunch is 12-3pm, dinner is 5-7pm.
I guess 4? I normally do a continuous one but I guess I sometimes have a little extra.

I've heard that some people are inclined to pooping twice a day, whilst others are inclined to pooping once every two days, so maybe it's not always possible to develop this routine.
I've found it helpful to more fibre like bread or carrots or fruit.

the frequency of your meals correlates with the frequency of your bowel movements and if you're snacking at midnight there's a good chance you're going to have to shit when you wake up. caffeine/nicotine also have an effect.

I'm a fatass who poops infrequently, and I'm convinced it is at least partially responsible for me being unable to lose weight.
I shit every 2/3 days, despite eating 1500~2000 calories a day, and as a result I never lose any weight. It's like my body absorbs literally every possible bit of food.
Shit tends to be on the dryer side, between a 2 and a 3 on the OP chart.
I take magnesium supplements to try to help, but they don't.
My diet is very nutritious, lots of salad, lots of fiber, I really don't eat processed crap.

maybe goad your body into a daily routine by taking glycerolglycerine/a laxative daily. My parents have a routine of drinking something hot to move the bowels in the morning.
Try going to the toilet even if you don't feel like pooping. I sometimes find that my body can poop even if it wasn't giving me that feeling 20mins ago.

Your doctor could comment on whether this normal. Maybe you are built to poop every 3 days.

Also you can investigate whether it is actually impeding your weight loss. Maybe your stools are large enough to compensate for the lower frequency?
You can weigh yourself before and after pooping to imprecisely measure your stool mass. Then you can compare monthly stool output with hw much you expect to be producing from your food intake.

On second thought I think my stools are a 3.

my whole life i've always taken huge shits every 3-4 days. i've never been overweight however. as a kid i was closer to underweight. one time i blocked a toilet at school and when someone found it they all blamed the fat kid (this was in the early '00s back when this was a rarity).
basically, either i'm an anomaly or there's not much correlation between shitting frequency and weight

Drink 2 liters (4 freedom pints/70 freedom ounces) a day, every day. If I drink any more than that I just end up pissing a lot.

This is probably it. I'm very sedentary. I do do half an hour of exercises a day to stop my arteries becoming cottage cheese.

Yeah, when I do shit it's usually large, and based on the chart, incredibly healthy, half way between a 3 and a 4.
