I reinstalled windows now one of my hard drives on which i have all the data doesnt wanna show up in my computer when i go to disk management it says unallocated space how can i keep my files and still create partition? Is there a program and how to use it?

Assign a drive path to unallocated disk space.
Right click on Unallocated, click new simple volume. Choose size, next. Choose a drive letter.

The simplest explanation is that you have deleted the partition which was a stupid thing to do when it has data on it you want. Don't do what >>1569872 says. That's likely to make any possible data recovery even more difficult.

Immediately stop using the drive. Physically disconnect it.

I suggest you look up how to recover data from unallocated space somewhere other than here. There are a lot of websites for it and it's a multi step process.

There are tools for Windows but I'd suggest running Linux using a tool like TestDisk or gparted. Once you have a very easy to use Linux distro like Ubuntu or Mint up and running with a suitable tool installed, then you can attach and mount the drive and try searching it for recoverable files or try restoring the partition. Having another drive to copy files to is essential if you want to copy files, you can't copy them to the unallocated drive.
