are you a resident of japan? the d-pay that dlsite accepts is a japanese-only mobile wallet. there seem to be a number of other "dpay" apps out there. if you're not a japanese resident and trying to use a japanese mobile wallet, you may be getting assraped by extra fees or something. i'm not sure why the japanese d-pay would even show usd.https://service.smt.docomo.ne.jp/keitai_payment/
