Can anyone help remove the background from this gif or make it w/o a background?
You're better off trying to recreate this yourself but smaller and cleaner. This gif is way too big for something like this. Should be 1:1 without these artifacts inside it. Use MSPaint to make the frames, GIMP to put them together in layers, add an alpha channel and use retangle select and color select to remove the background. I can't do this for you for two reasons. You can learn to fish, and also I have no idea what is supposed to be the outline of the character and the background as both use black inside of it and I don't know what the artist's original image looked like before they put a black background on it so I would just be making a blind guess by myself.
