Could the battle theme in this video be isolated from all the sound effects? I'd like a clean version to add to the actual gen 3 games.

Like a romhack?
I think you're better off getting the VS Team Rocket midi from some ripsite
and then converting it to the GBA format and changing the instruments to the gen3 doots.
It doesn't really sound like much arrangement has been done on these tracks.
