I'm looking for a tutor to help me through Physics, Chemistry and Math (pre college level). I had been a NEET for so long and I lost the habit to study. So an accountability partner or affordable tutor would help me get through this. Any advice or help is appreciated.

If not, get a CBT workbook, like Mind over Mood. Just print the sheets, and do them daily.
