I think this is the right place to post this.I was watching a video on Banpresto game commercials from 1990 to 2015. Around 6:47 of this video, a commercial called "Battle Racers" comes on with a particular piece of music. Until I recently heard it in this "Rance Attack in anime" video again, at timestamp 2:04.
