I remember I was diagnosed with something as a teenager and took medication for a long time, but my family is saying it didn't happen and just took medication because I was sad. I found a paper my dad wrote to a doctor saying I was diagnosed with depression. I want to find out officially because I know it's true. I remember I was also diagnosed with GAD and took medication for it. I don't know is that's true.
