what's the best way to re-use and DIY those nasal breathing strips like pic rel? preferably a way that makes them clear cuz I have to wear these at work too, not just when sleepingI can't afford paying monthly for thesewhat are some other solutions to this issue?
why do you need to wear them? do you have a deviated septum?

>>1572144I wear these to bed. I used to use the clear ones and I actually think the beige ones look less weird desu. As for re-using them, I have no idea. I think that unfortunately the whole point is that the adhesive isn't very powerful or re-usable because otherwise it would fuck with your skin and pores or whatever. They do however last longer if you wash your nose first to get rid of all the natural oils and sweat.
People have lived just fine before these nose strips. Isn’t it possible, at least partly, that your problem is mental?I would guess there’s an internal version, that force your nose open from the inside.

I wouldn't really suggest this as a long term thing, skin needs to breathe, and scotch tape isn't breathable. But it let me get many nights out of a single strip

apparently some people have had success with using hyrdocolloid rolls to reuse strips but can anyone here report on that?
