So some shitass hacked my Microsoft account several months ago and transferred my Xbox gamertag to another email address. I've since managed to secure my email address but now my gamertag is gone. I've gone to a lot of effort to recover my gamertag at this point but Microsoft keeps stonewalling me. I suppose it's worth mentioning that whenever I try to log in via username, there's a weird German email address associated with my account now, and a new phone number as well.
