1) Tell us what version it is
2) Ignore 1) and right-click either the ccd or cue and select Mount. Windows will pretend you have a disc drive with this CD inserted. Do not mount the img file even though that's possible, it may cause errors

Which version is it? If it's the PC version, you'll most likely need DOSBox.
In DOSBox, mount the directory containing the disc image files. If it's in C:\Games, you'd do "mount C: C:\Games".
After that, to mount the disc image itself, run "mount -t cdrom D: "Alone In the Dark.cue""
If it's for some other system, you'll need an appropriate emulator. Either way, the cue file is the one you want to point it at.
