Tech support help. My pc boots to desktop and just white screen's within a few minutes. I already sent it to a repair shop. The white screen never occurs in the repair shop under a stress test it only occurs when i boot my pc at home can somebody help me.

Alreadtly switching hdmi cables Tried another monitor. Dont want to commit to replacing/purchasing any hardware until the figure out what the cause off all this. I have this error on and off for months. R shop told me it might be my actual power supply through the wall

I'd recommend 1) try booting to linux usb just grab an old, cheap low capacity usb stick if you dont have one2) test with another monitor, or test headless if you are able3) try the pc using a different socketideally where you know higher powered items aren't having issues these are some simple steps that will give us more info to help you, anon.

They told me the psu is at 11.7 volts and not at 12v. I cant do the test my self because my pc just white screen a minute after booting into desktop.
did you try different power cables? seeing as that's the one variable you haven't mentioned, the repair shop(s) used their own which is why it worked there without issue
Get a UPS, it'll smooth out the power signal if that's the issue.
