How do I change my sleeping pattern? I've been waking up at midnight and going to sleep at noon. I need to wake up at around 7am and go to sleep before midnight
>>1574172reset your circadian rhythm by walking around in bright sunshine at 7am and eating breakfast then. you might have to wake yourself up in the early afternoon and stay up "late" to get started. that issleep from noon to 4pmsleep from 3am to 7am
>>1574172I used to have extremely difficulty or rather it would be impossible for me to force sleep. I've never been able to do it. Maybe it's because I'm older but I found that if my circadian rhythm is really bad, what works for me is to order a huge McDonalds meal and then I stuff myself while watching some anime or a movie or something and then I'll fall asleep from stuffing myself. And no I'm not a fatty. My BMI is in the lower healthy range it's like 22.5 or something actually.
>>1574192Actually right now I'm going to sleep around 9 am or so and waking up around 5:30 PM. I plan to set my alarm later today for 1:30 or so and then hopefully I'll be so tired in the evening from only getting a few hours of sleep that I can go to bed fairly early in the evening and thus reset my circadian rhythm
>>1574172Hi, I had this same problem until I started taking magnesium glycinate. Specifically magnesium glycinate. If it just says magnesium, look on the back because chances are it's magnesium oxide. So yeah, take magnesium glycinate and go outside when there is sunlight when you wake up and that will do it. I used to do long night gaming sessions where I'd play until I fall asleep at 7am. I still do long gaming sessions but now i fall asleep at midnight and wake up at 7am.
