I don't know if it'll particularly satisfy you but in Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous you can make a high intelligence Wizard and pick Loremaster prestige class which boosts Knowledge skills further allowing to pass checks easier alongside getting other features like being able to pick feats from other classes like fighter or rogue and even get any spell from any other casting class. Fair warning of course that the game itself will hardly react to this and it's mostly for roleplay.
