I am looking for a simple program to take a video and cut part of it to make it into a relatively lightweight webm, I don't need anything particularly complicated - basically Audacity but for videos where I have options to mess with it but I most likely won't until I need something specific. Video unrelated, wanted to post it.

You can rip every individual frame, insert/replace/remove audio (as in even make audio the only output)make gifs, webms, every container and codec known to man (or at least the common ones). It's a brilliant piece of software.

>>1574743I use https://github.com/Kagami/boramIt's old but works. You can also fix the broken youtube-dl functionality by replacing the youtube-dl.exe in the resources folder with an up to date yt-dlp.exe (then renaming yt-dlp.exe back to youtube-dl.exe)
