Looking for a clip/show

The clip is widescreen and in HD
Walton Goggins is in a hotel/casino lobby talking to a lunatic. The other actor, who i do not recognize, is going on and on about how he would bang cheap hookers before realizing the thrill was based on BEING a cheap hooker, so he started banging dudes. This goes on for at least a full 60 seconds. Its a shot reverse shot, where his monolog is cut with Goggins looking aghast and saying very little. There is no laugh track or sound track. Its not from Justified or Fallout, because I've seen those shows.
