I request that you tell me about your day and your weekend plans. (pepes, gondolas, spurdos, yobas and wojaks are welcome too)I am alright but tired (4 am kek). I might be going out with a girl sometime this weekend.
>>1575373>tried to find a job for the 7th time>wait until July to find out I wasn't called>get depressed>had the idea to get back to high school to study something i like>i get my hopes up>i find out the next day that there were no places available for what I wanted>get more depressedI don't know what I'm doing wrong. >your weekend plansProbably being a lazy ass and not doing nothing. I'm tired of trying, I want to kill myself.
>>1575408What job are you looking for anon? I have struggled getting internships, but the girl I am seeing has really helped me with getting myself straightened out and having something that looks a bit more professional, which I am thankful for. She told me to get a LinkedIn account, which I am bummed about, but she said that it is necessary these days.I hope that things get better for you, anon. I really do.
>>1575373>caught an early movie at the theatre>met up with a friend>went hiking>ate shawarma>grabbed Slurpees from 711Not a terrible day. Still depressed and I still can't get over a girl I haven't seen or spoken to since April. >>1575408I wish you all the luck in the world on the job hunt
>>1575418Sounds comfy. I don't really have any friends IRL since I moved away from them all. The friend group collapsed slowly and everyone went their own ways 10 years ago, our mothers stay in touch, which is nice. I heard a few years ago that one guy pretty much became your average /v/fag, so he might be cool. Feelsbadman, but I am fixing that.Could you tell me about her?P.S: Click the Pepe (hopefully this still works, I have not used this since the sharty hack).
>>1575424>imageLMAO I think you got that from my post from /qa/!Or maybe /g/, I got banned for trolling for that time though.
>>1575424>>1575445Ohh no, I'm wrong, this is the one I have
>>1575417>What job are you looking for anon?Something graphic arts related, but since that's going to be replaced by AI slop... I wanted to get a job about music production, that's why I went to study an audiovisual media class.>>1575418>I wish you all the luck in the world on the job huntThanks.
>>1575445>>1575455Nice.>>1575464I am self taught on Photoshop. Music production is hard, though. I know someone who took musical theory as an elective and nearly flunked it.
>>1575424>Could you tell me about her?A girl from work that I fell in love with. I thought maybe she liked me too, but then after some time, she pulled the classic 180 and started acting weird and distant. We still regularly talked, but then she got laid off earlier this year. I told her how I felt about her, and she gave me some bullshit about how she doesn't want to focus on dating right now. but still wants to be friends with me. I couldn't do that, so I just ended thingsYes yes, I know I should just move on. My brain keeps telling me she isn't worth it (she was far from perfect), but the heart wants what it wants. I genuinely liked her.She was kinda awkward and a little shy. A bit cold and aloof at times too. But she was fun to talk to. She was interesting, funny, smart. She didn't seem to believe it, but I thought she was really beautiful. I'm so sad that I'll never see her again.
>>1575607She sounds like a sweet person. Hopefully opportunity will come again soon. Reminds me of a time that I screwed up...>be me>15>cutest girl at school walks up to me and starts talking>it is awkward, but she seems to like it>she approaches repeatedly over the coming days we get our E-Mails>we write to each other>E-mails get longer and longer between us>next were letters>she sent a letter to me with something that she wanted to tell me>I never got it>we waited and nothing, but we continued communicating>I started to get bullied for having a correspondence with her>I tell her about it and how I did not want for her to be the target of shame and guilt because of me>She ends contact and within a couple of months changes schools>ffw 18>she is married>has a miscarriage>I open up the old channels to offer my condolences>she says to never say a word to her again no matter whatAs it turns out, she loved me dearly (it eludes me as to why since I am not attractive), but in saying what I had said, her heart shattered like glass and was the whole reason why she went away. Marrying and having a child was a coping mechanism, but seeing the sort of reaction I had caused, it seemed to have failed, though the circumstances to begin with were somber.I did not go out over the weekend, there were horrific storms on Saturday and on the Monday holiday, she was in the big city, shopping. I had lunch with her today, though. I learned that she has very strong political opinions leaning towards the left (and by the I mean the "the only two good countries are Iceland and New Zealand" sort). I hate for her to find that I post on here, despite not being a /pol/fag. /k/ is a place that I often lurk, so this gives a view into a part of my life. A shame really, since she is an otherwise nice person, she likes me, she is attractive... I just do not know what to do. She considers herself poor, but I can afford stuff easily, maybe I am utterly bluepilled on this, though.
Anon, the hard truth is that 98% of people are 'nice'...and the vast majority do not get better when you peel the layers back. Most people get worse. This does not sound like a person who is going to be on your team when things are tough. It sounds like a person who is quick to abandon people and make stupid decisions when things get uncomfortable. What do you do? I would say if you like being around her, keep being friends. But try to be willing to be honest and talk about uncomfortable subjects with her. Like your shared past. When the time and place is right, obviously. Humans can accomplish *so* much when they're able to speak to each other with honesty and sincerity. But if she consistently doesn't have the courage to do that, I would say it sounds pretty likely that relationship (even if it is that friends) will run into dissappointment and frustration soon. Also, don't say shit like "We shouldn't have a relationship because I don't want you to be hurt." That's cringe as hell. You were 15, so it's understandable, but don't do that again. You're not an assassin whose wife is going to be hunted down and shot if anyone knows about her. You might as well say "I have zero faith in you and zero faith in me and zero faith in us." Just weak, cringe, bullshit.
>>1575765I learn my mistake to not be cringe...This seems right, though in peeling back the layers. Right now, I have been honest to her and we share a similar past in growing up in "the good part of town"... In a very bad metropolitan area. I will go out with her again soon, though.
