These are examples of varieties of English spoken around the world, typically in old parts of the British Empire.
Just like there's Colombian Spanish or Quebec French

No. I'm not particularly knowledgeable, but I don't think so. Close, but distinct.

West African.
Tyrone (the Janitor vid) is from Cameroon I think.
The second guy is Nigerian I think. Nigerians are a big group in the UK, alongside people from Ghana. The Nigerian accent in English is very distinctive.
