I just installed the 4.93 Evilnat CFW on my PS3 Slim last night. What should I install for homebrew, and where should I download it? I want to pirate games, enable PS2 backwards compatibility, run emulators, and if possible run something like Kodi.
>>1577191Well shit, psndl is gone so idk anymore. Shots all fucked up. Even superxee is dead
>>1577191This site should have all the apps you need https://ps3.brewology.com/>>1577194>psndl is gone so idk anymoreWasn't that basically like PSNStuff but stupidly putting all their eggs in one basket. I haven't used it in years, but PSNStuff should work forever https://archive.org/details/psnstuff-3.07-with-updated-database-2021
>>1577195>https://ps3.brewology.com/I looked there but I don't know what's worth getting. Gonna take a look at PSNStuff though.
>>1577191install PKGiit's basically pkgj from Vita scene, but for PS3 (about 90% of all PSN easily pirated with a push of a button)
>>1577213>I want to pirate gamesYou want to install a loader like Multiman or Irisman to load disc games. Also Reactpsn to manage rap's (licenses PSNStuff will give you)>enable PS2 backwards compatibilityhttps://store.brewology.com/ahomebrew.php?brewid=290
>>1577226>a loader like Multiman or IrismanAlso Managunzhttps://store.brewology.com/ahomebrew.php?brewid=284
>>1577191I dunno about ps3 but even a very low end pc can easily run pcsx2 if you wanna play ps2 games.
>>1577229Cool. But he has a PS3 and would like to use it?
>>1577195Thanks for linking psnstuff, it's been useful for me.>>1577215Gonna give that a look. I've heard of it but didn't know that's what it did.
How the fuck am I supposed to dump my 3Dump.bin file? I want to rip a decrypted copy of a game I have on disc (Call of Duty: Black Ops to be specific) and I can't figure out how. I can make an encrypted dump in Managunz but it just boots to a black screen. Meanwhile, decrypted ISOs I've downloaded have been able to boot.
>>1577413Multimanhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cNm8un_CJV8If you specifically want an iso, instead of hitting copy, hit create iso
>>1577417When I try the copy option in Multiman, it says "this operation is not allowed", but it allows me to create an ISO.I actually gave up on doing this and opted to download a decrypted copy of my game instead. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
>>1577418I've never seen that myself, though I haven't dumped many games. Flip though your Cobra Tools settings?
>>1577441I wonder if it's incompatible because my firmware is too new. In any case, I don't have any other physical games I can dump at the moment.
>>1577985Google question:>ps3 dump games "this operation is not allowed", The error message "This operation is not allowed" in multiMAN usually happens because Cobra is disabled, syscalls are blocked, or webMAN MOD is conflicting with multiMAN's Blu-ray drive control. How to Fix It• Check Cobra Settings: Ensure Cobra is actually active. Go to your Custom Firmware tools (such as Evilnat Tools), open Cobra Tools, and verify that Cobra is Enabled, then reboot your PS3.• Re-enable Syscalls: If you recently disabled syscalls (for online safety or using stealth tools), webMAN and multiMAN cannot mount or copy games properly. Re-enable syscalls via your CFW tools menu or do a full system reboot.• Resolve webMAN and multiMAN Conflict: webMAN MOD can lock control of the Blu-ray drive after mounting or unmounting ISOs. • Open multiMAN first before inserting a physical game disc or letting webMAN touch the drive. • Alternatively, disable webMAN's automatic Blu-ray mount behavior or use PS3 Disc Dumper on a PC with a compatible Blu-ray drive instead of dumping directly on the console.• Use Alternative Dumping Methods: If multiMAN continues to reject the disc copy, try using Irisman or webMAN MOD to make an ISO, or dump the disc directly to a computer using PS3 Disc Dumper and transfer the decrypted folder/ISO to your PS3's GAMES folder.
