Please help me find "Sing and Dance with the Fat Man"  No.1577202
I've spent years trying to find this long lost YouTube video since I saw it about 20 years ago. It was and remains the funniest YouTube video I have ever seen. The premise is extremely simple and I would love to see it again.

>About 30-45 seconds long
>First half shows a blurry photo of a fat man while singing/moaning plays in the background
>The image abruptly changes to a skinny ugly man and the moaning becomes a sharp high-pitched squealing, I think that the video was a screamer.

I will be forever grateful if you could help me find this piece of Internet history, or if anyone has any possible leads. I know it's a longshot.
