Hi guys, my job recently gave me a temporary laptop that has a pretty big problem, the iGPU it's all fucked up, it's an HP PROBOOK 450 G7 with the i7 10510U, using DDU to make a clean install of the drivers didn't work, i tried varius versions of the drivers but none of them fixed the issue, only thing that i can do to make this laptop usable is disabling the UHD Graphics, it seems to be an hardware issue of some sort maybe the VRMs since it buzzs a lot when i move the cursor, i tried using different RAMs thinking the VRAM was the issue but still no result, it's this laptop doomed?
>>1577316>my jobThen why fuck with it?Return it, explain their POS hand-me-down laptop is broken, and you need a new one.>Also: have the person responsible for choosing HP sacrificed to Huitzilopochtli
>>1577316You try official drivers?https://support.hp.com/bg-en/drivers/hp-probook-450-g7-notebook-pc/29090065Will your job let you install linux on it?Even if they don't, maybe boot to a live environment using a linux installer, and just watch a youtube video or something and see if it's still freaking out or not.
