Where can I find writers looking for artists I can actually trust?

I'm more interested in improving core art skills and flow/panel layout/composition first and foremost, so having someone else having storytelling and writing duties could help me improve at the former faster

lmao, that's a real problem
like even ignoring all the AI slop cultists, the internet is dominated by pajeets and SEAniggers and literal CCP spies
especially for perverted stuff like in f95 >>1578361
not to mention people with strange politics
i've decided to just do everything myself

I will say something really really obvious.
1. illustrate your favorite scene from a novel, think how lotr has illustration for important scenes
2. redraw (without referencing) a chapter of your favorite manga
3. illustrate a scene from your favorite movie's script
4. illustrate a classic public domain short story (Chekov, Wodehouse, Poe, and so on)
