Playing devil's advocate though...the image is inverted, a common thing with female streamers. Not even being funny, it just is. Also that blue box on the right at start is an actual kitchen product. Doesn't mean it's real though, might have just been part of a reference image. The writing on some of the fridge items (notably the can) is nonsensical, though it could be a non latin alphabet like on the Coco Nara box.
