I don't know if upscaling is the correct term, but I would like the video to not look like shit essentially, low quality and all. I just need it 2k resolution preferred if anyone would like to take the time, I've tried an older version of Topaz and Video2X Qt6, neither could get it looking better.

if you have a comfyui local AI setup one of the default simple nodes is to just do video upscaling via the nvidia RTX AI upscaler
unfortunately it barely improves the quality even then, so the best you could do is make multiple passes of denoise/deblur or even just feed it into an AI reference and tell it to recreate a video using it as a guide

the workspace is as simple as;
>load video -> nvidia_rtx_vsr_long_video
and then you can choose the % scaling, quality, preprocess and encoder
takes me like 1:1 time to upscale videos, 15 second clips in 15 seconds
