Years ago, and I mean like almost a decade, I saw a scene from a movie on TV that I've been unable to find since. It had a bad guy (I think with a beret) held up in a sorta bunker built within a hill covered in grass in front of a treeline (not depicted). He had a hostage of some sort, and there was a way for him to fire from atop the hill. The good guy was a super soldier of some sort; went through some sort of super soldier program or had some super soldier serum, but the bad guy was just a regular dude whose only advantage was the hostage, although I could tell he was like secondary-antagonist level; not the final fight but a big point in the story. The super soldier dude ended up crashing through the roof into the bunker with the bad guy and beating him in there. It seemed to have been filmed in the U.S. (just going off the plants). I don't remember if it was sandbags or concrete or what that boarded the bottom entrance of the bunker, but I went with concrete for the MSPaint depiction. It always stuck with me because since I came into it halfway through, I didn't know what the bad guy did and was kinda rooting for him because he was in a way the underdog; a non-super soldier against a super soldier. I always meant to get the context but never did.I skimmed all the Universal Soldier movies and none of them were it.
