I imagine many of us on this board have a vested interest in not only investigating the paranormal, but utilizing it. Whether it be through magic, self evaluation and development (yes this can be appropriate to discuss on this board due to MK Ultra and other conspiratorial mind control issues which have necessitated reprogramming for some,) or spiritual ascension, what have you personally found to actually work? I’m less concerned with labels and more concerned with hearing the experiences of anons. I’ll start. > Though not paranormal in itself, incremental progress when applied to interaction with the subconscious/paranormal/magical seems useful.> Symbolic interaction seems highly individualized, and as such I’ve found the best practice for utilizing it is to trust my intuition. > Sigils work, though I use them infrequently now because of how much inner work I need to do to cultivate the wisdom to use them rightly. > Steering one’s disposition toward gratitude appears to either generate or improve recognition of fortunate situations, and also greatly enhances enjoyment and so is worth the effort even if there’s no paranormal aspect to it. > Time doesn’t work the way we were told, we have some access to future and past events, though the consistency of this ability varies, at least for me, to the extent that it is difficult to cultivate. > Meditation and other basic practices are the difference between the ability to do these things and living life in normal mode (at least for me.)> Lucid dreaming is a gateway to a host of potentials, some of them possibly paranormal, and is generally accessible for those who have some foundation in meditation.I’m aware none of these are particularly ground breaking, but they’re what I can speak to personally.Might post more as I think of them or if anons are interested, but for now I’m curious about the experiences of other anons.
>>42423221BasedFasting and seen retention is also effective
>>42423221Shifter stuff is where it's atAdvanced application, see Sasquatch Message
>>42426304Shifter, as in reality shifting? I’d love a starting point if you can offer one. I searched the Sasquatch Message, and I’ll be honest, it would be difficult for me to take it seriously. That said, I’ve been wrong about things before so I’ll ask: why do you recommend that book in particular?>>42426002Fasting, yes definitely. Semen retention, I haven’t really investigated. I see a lot of argument online about it. What I can say for certain is that avoiding porn makes my life better in virtually every way.
>>42428690They do that too. I meant shapeshifting, which starts with a soul bond with the animal, and dream shifting. It's hard to know why you wouldn't take it seriously. The Lemur People were starseeded before us, and are wild, non-technological, non-linguistic, the first Mammal People. They are our immediate Elder and meant to keep us on track. We are the prototypes that keep blowing up. If anyone is to not be taken seriously, it's us.
>>42428742It’s possible my skepticism on the matter is a side effect of living in a society which has become disconnected from the planet. I’ll try to set my bias aside give it a fair read, thank you for sharing it.
>>42428690Semen retention is similar to no porn
>>42428975>a side effect of living in a society which has become disconnected from the planetThey would 100% agree with you there!Really want us to go outside. (better reception)
>>42423221I have considered getting a group together to do /x/ related stuff with. Camping, hunting for sasquatch or something with native American heritage.. ouija use.. anything really.. ghost stuff but not the fake pretense acting crap.. it's normal to see nothing when there's nothing to see. You don't have to fake the real thing. I can teach lots of stuff about remote viewing from within lucid dream in the same manner that native American heritage groups have been using for thousands of years..Probably can help people to remember their previous experience with the beings from the stars as well as others that they may have been in the presence of..I've seen that "ghosts" can move physical material.. and I've seen that it's much more complicated than the ordinary human concept is describing I'm in Texas but I might be able to get in contact with the person who owns that skinwalker ranch ..so that might be something
>>42431374Like maybe we could try to walk under the marfa lights or something.. open to any ideas.I've seen a lot and had lots of experiences. Telling stories only goes so far. Nothing is going to satisfy your need for experience other than experience. Probably could do better than that cs5 lights far away crap.
Sure is quiet in here....cricket sounds...

>>42423221>Every practice can be split into the elements of earth, air, water, and fire, uniting into the quintessence. This is the basis of all change, which is the essence of magic. A practical example helps to understand it. Take tennis for example.>Earth (internal/feminine/body/internal reception)Your body is your vehicle and must be maintained and fitted to use. You can listen to it to understand where you need improvement. For tennis, this might be improving flexibility or cardiovascular performance.>Air (internal/masculine/mind/internal action)You must think about what you are doing, outside of the act itself. It is a cutting edge that separates the wheat from the chaff. For tennis, this could be thinking about positioning, posture, game flow, or anything.>Water (external/feminine/intuition/external reception)This is the gathering of thoughts and feelings from the outside. You could be learning from others or quieting your mind to hear from your subconscious. Meditation and mentoring are the keys here and are similar in everything.>Fire (external/masculine/will/external action)There is no practice without doing. Until you try, you are just masturbating and getting nowhere. There's a ton of bullshit out there and inside your own head and the only way to find out is to do. The practice doesn't matter.>Quintessence (harmony)Each element is good but not on its own. There must be balance and harmony or you'll fall off the path.>EarthToo much: stuck inside yourselfToo little: poor performance>AirToo much: armchair quarterbackToo little: confusion and flip-flopping>WaterToo much: confusion and flip-floppingToo little: no or poor direction>FireToo much: bad practice is worse than noneToo little: armchair quarterbackThese concepts apply to anything and this outline is only the beginning. There is infinite depth to each element, although you get the most return with a small number of things.
