Out of body experiences are induced REM dream states with vivid accuracy to your current whereabouts. This is what a waking dream is. It's so vivid and so detailed to real life you think you woke up but you're still dreaming and then you wake up again. If you read a sentence twice while in this state the words will change and that's how you know it's not real.
>>42427783I've experienced this a few times. Feels like a lucid dream but the scenery is just my bedroom. Could fly around a bit but only did circles around my bed. Any idea how to induce the state intentionally?
>>42427783t.never OBE'dit's already been verified they're not just dreams
>>42427783I had them a lot. Sadly not superpowers just walking around a copy of my house in the dream world and thinking i was awake until I noticed something off and the dream ended
>>42427783Honestly1_I was a non believer but i had two obes in one of them i actually left a light on accidentally when i went to sleep, it was on in the obe and when i woke up this made me a believer in the whole thing2_Also unlike normal dream memory the obes had a "wave" visual effect hard to describe it's like what you see in your eye if you stare at the sun for too long and start to see light waves for some seconds until vision returns to normal3_While my room was correctly rendered in the obe once i went outside the room i woke upI think rather than obe being dreams, a more serious view is reality being a p2p dream obes are rendered stronger the less minds are active in an area. That said i am very skeptical about the whole obes being that much related to sleep paralysis thing the whole pull yourself out of the body thing never worked, not sure what triggered my obes.
