Who is the blur? The blur is a person in your life who you do not know exists but knows of your existence. They could walk past you everyday and you would never notice. This person may or may not become important later in your life, but you will have a conversation with them eventually. You will not remember the conversation, as its contents are too spiritual. I would frequent this establishment in a town over and this lady one day said hi and asked if I enjoy this place more or another place in a different town that she sees me at all the time. I told her I’ve never been to that establishment or even that town that I recall. She was shocked, this lady thought she knew of me but I was a totally different person than she thought. Maybe that’s just a doppelgänger situation too and a blur.

Also there are people that forget about you or you forget about them after knowing one another. For example I played sports with my good friend and another kid back in childhood a lot and I totally forget about the kid for the last ten years until I ran into him one day and he reintroduced himself to me. He couldn’t believe I didn’t remember him. Same thing happened but the other way with another acquaintance from childhood who didn’t remember me.
