it's true OPmany times I'd be doing affirmations on something while going about my day, then something happens to enrage me like finding out all my food in the fridge was thrown away, then I go back to working on my thing while still severely pissed and the change manifests or immediately or overnight...depending on what it wasfear is another emotion that produces rapid manifestation, and particularly why you should never worry about your healthwhenever a health related thought pops into my mind I just laugh it off, I've prevented a lot of bad things that way
