i will tell you what i think, it may not be what you want to hear. real kundalini, the sacred fire, will only awaken from moral rectitude, true honesty and compassion. do all the breathwork and physical practices you want, they arent bad, but they will be completely in vain if you do not acknowledge the condition of the heart and mind
