Moved into this new place a month ago. Ever since, our friends keep doing this weird thing. They go to the bathroom and just... don't come back for like 20 minutes. I asked my fiancé about it, she said she noticed it too.

It’s not just the time. It’s the silence. You can hear the apartment, you can hear the street outside, but the bathroom is completely soundproofed? Like, not acoustically, just... nothing comes out of it.

Someone else in the group chat sent me this weird video of a girl doing this rhythmic tapping thing on her wrist, and she keeps talking about a 'clinical discomfort.' I’m starting to think we're being bugged or recorded, or maybe I’m just losing it.

Has anyone heard of this 'tapped out!?' phenomenon? It's like a frequency shift. Feels like the air pressure drops.

/b/ tell me I'm not the only one noticing this shit."

Nah Honestly I've had similar experiences myself. I don't currently live in a house (I'm living in a tiny little shoebox flat that I share with four other flatmates) but I've for sure been in houses like that.
When I was a kid my family moved to a suburb of Adelaide, South Australia. Kinda cursed region to be honest, most people outside of Oz have no idea about it, but there's a disporportioante amout of serial killers and missing persons in this state.
Anyway, when I was a kid we lived in a really old house, and it had these weird room, it was like a storage room, we literally just used it for that, put junk and old shit in it. I swear to god, it was exactly like you described it. Silence, nothing.
Now here's an even weirder story. I have and Aunt, I haven't seen her in many years. She lives in Mount Gambier, a city in the far eastern corner of South Australia, it's basically halfway between Adelaide and Melbourne. That house was weird. There was a room where time just stopped this one time. I was there for a few minutes, and when I got out it was like six hours had passed.

wish my house had a pocket universe where I could go hang out...forever

the only weird spacial phenomenon here is my room experiences temperatures that are always the opposite of the rest of the house
I do mean the opposite
it makes no sense at all

Dang, that's interesting anon. I had similar experience when in a house I lived in for a few years in Oregon.
The temperature was always out of wack, clocks were always off there too actually.

Time stopped in a large town a few weeks ago. The sun just stopped moving for a while. Even time on the phone went backwards.

What??? where the hell was that. Is there any articles or anything online about it?

how out of whack?
it's a sunny afternoon on may 25th I'm running a space heater in my room right now or else I'll freeze, while the rest of the house enjoys constant room-temperature year round
