I get stuck in an Airport hybrid Mall with a spa/pool dining area as my go to chill spot 3rd floor real deep in the back right. Then i grab 2 anime characters to go across a bridge once i am done chilling. This bridge area shows the endless expanse of the back rooms, we then go get lost out there before coming back and ending the dream. Its real dark in some of these places a good scary dark, empty, devoid of any real sound but us walking about. I am clearly looking for something.

I used to think it was because maybe I had to go the bathroom while i was sleeping, so that triggered it. Then hearing people talk about have the same freaking dream.

So I think it's definitely some BS the government is is working on like voice to skull tech, or one of the tech companies, maybe even the mantids or greys doing it. but since it's relatively a recent phenomena I think it's some humans doing it.

The reason why I think it's some tech and not a literal place we're all going to, is because the descriptions of it vary, so we cook it up in our sleep the image of what they're beaming out to us over night.

Think of this as like a test run for project blue beam.

This image just jolted an old dream from like two years ago back to the forefront, one of these bathroom dreams at my old school but then it kinda lead into this weird set of stalls and showers setup similarly. Kinda turned into a maze of assorted shaped bathrooms and gym locker rooms.

Most of you were seeing into a very real location that you don't have enough information about to correctly understand.

So here it is;
There is a type of being that lives absorbed into the ground just as we are living beings absorbed into our physical biological bodies. You have seen into an actual location that you are able to perceive by leaving your body while you are sleeping.

If you work on being able to retain the full entire memory each time you sleep you can watch from the time you leave your body until you return to it.
The places that you can see are persistent over time and can be damaged permanently. You can learn to see much more about the location if you become well oriented and are able to keep track of where you are. The locations are persistent and tangible albeit out of the physical body context.
There is a lot to learn.
Look at fiction to understand that someone already knows about this and is not being honest about what they know. Nightmare before Christmas?

This is really crazy to hear. For me, the toilet-land seems connected to some sort of weird and vaguely eldritch dimension.
You have some standard layers added on like the mall world and pool world. Personally I've seen another two - one is like an 'infinite mansion', it is very cozy. It has very inviting and calming lighting. Another is like the above but it is an abandoned building, I've encountered 'old house' and 'concrete hell' versions of this.
I say they are all part of the same dimension since they seem connected. I.e, you start in the mall, end up in the bathroom world, then maybe you might even reach the 'mansion world' (or sometimes you are just in that world the entire time).
Another aspect I find unnerving is to me, these dreams feel much more real than others. Sometimes I've seen other people in my dream that seem either legitimately confused and anxious (bathroom, abandoned building worlds), or otherwise like they are real people? Might sound schizo but maybe it's literally a shared alternate dimension, and some (all?) of the people you see are real people.

You are missing a great deal of my background experience with this description.
I had lived until I was 23 before I was fully conscious of the presence of the beings from the stars who had been in close conscious interactions with me since I was 3.. conscious but not understood or correctly remembered on most occasions

I didn't consciously understand my memories from my early life until I was 33. I was able to identify the cia operative responsible for handing my induction into the mk ultra type programs.. this was sort of anticlimactic for me.. sort of just a.. " yeah and that too.." of course I had noticed them in my life on occasion but without remembering and understanding the context it just seemed irrational to try to explain how I knew that they were there.
Pretty sure that I had been visited by the same team that held Phil Schneider to the terms of his non disclosure agreement.
I had signed no such document. My involvement in the agency operations was initiated by documentation that appeared to be parental approval for participation in the presidents fitness program that had been initiated by Kennedy.
