I saw my cat in a dream before a relative brought her to me. Ancient Egyptians worshipped cats. Do cats have magical abilities? If so, which ones? Do they ward off evil spirits? Can they astral project? I know certain frequencies are magical, and it's proven that cat purrs do help with healing.

(Don't "muh toxoplasmosis" sperg at me, I've raised her since she was a newborn and she's indoor-only, so the likelihood of her having toxoplasmosis is near-zero, due to those factors.)

Cats are for sure one of the most psychic animals, they do heal with purring but they also carry parasites. Cats have reptilian slits in their eyes and hiss like snakes unlike larger cats, who knows their true origins. I think outside of rescuing its generally bad karma to keep pets as slaves. People who catch and neuter cats to keep them as slaves so they have companionship after work and act like they're doing good are backwards and fucked up.

>its generally bad karma to keep pets as slaves
Wut. We literally feed them, clean up their poop, buy them toys, etc. It's not like we make them do chores around the house or do our taxes.

cats living wild live short brutal lives, fleas, injuries, worms, lack of food and warmth. Cats living with people and being looked after by them has been part of the human story for many thousands of years

Cats have evolved to live alongside humans. Unlike dogs, they domesticated themselves. They still have wild instincts, but they like being around humans. I've adopted strays that have literally come up to me and started meowing and rubbing up against my legs. They also have specific meows they use around humans. Cats don't generally meow when communicating with other cats, but they meow at humans because they know we're vocal creatures. Some researchers think cats are trying to mimic what human babies sound like to get our attention, but it's kinda hard to prove that definitively.

I love cats. You can feed and shelter cats without keeping them as domesticated slaves. It's because I love them so much I believe they should be free to roam the earth and do cat shit, not sit like a slave in a 1br waiting for some blue haired barista to get off work so she can feed it and then leave it alone to go party.

>I saw my cat in a dream before a relative brought her to me.
Did she look like a generic cat or is there something distinct about her appearance?
>>
>>42463396
I live with my family and i love them. they say shit like our two cats shouldn't go outside. the house is relatively big but its a continuous shock to hear such callous retardation from them. I never suggest letting them roam free so that they can holocaust the local sparrows; but at minimum 10 minutes of supervised outdoor time is nonnegotiable for their health. they'll "catch" me sitting peacefully on the porch while the cat wanders around within eyeshot and activate chimpmode. I think a lot of people don't see animals or maybe even other humans as real living creatures with their own distinct and complex lives and emotions and thoughts and feelings. its not exactly easy to, anyway

If you don't have cognitive perception abilities then you will not be able to appreciate the capabilities of any individual cat.
Just as humans are not all the same the individual cat will either develop these abilities or they will not.
Typically they aware of a different set of energetic relationships that those which people are perceiving. If you and the cat have abilities there are many things that the cat can show you.

The advance cat will throw you into advanced experience and leave you to sort it out
You have the responsibility of developing correct understanding of what you are seeing. Even once you have gained the vision.. no one will be able to verify and evaluate the contents of your visual memory other than yourself.

I knew some retard would "muh toxoplasmosis" sperg at me. Read my original post again. Also, not all cats are the same. My cat has unrestricted access to roam around my whole house (NOT a tiny one bedroom apartment like you assumed), and she has 0 interest in the outside. Whenever I leave the door open, she has 0 interest in even trying to go out. Raised her since she was the size of my hand. Also she was rescued as an orphan kitten off the side of a highway. Why are 4channers always deliberately trying to make up some doomer negativity fantasy? lol....

One solid fur color. But extremely kittenlike in appearance/personality and kittenlike meows. She's six years old.

Yes. If your cat visits you in your dreams they're usually a spiritual protector. Even though they're the serial killers of the animal kingdom and kill just just as much for sport and fun as to eat, in terms of the subtle energies they seem to have a dislike for actual evil and an ability to protect against it independent of it's size.

A domestic house cat has no problem swatting a human 10 to 20 times it's size. It's as if they were a tiger in a past life and their spirit got stuffed into a little fur ball this time around.

They are somewhat demiurgic hence the classic lion face with a serpent tail in depictions from antiquity. As other's have pointed out, the slit eye and hissing is reptile-like. They're very territorial. They like managing and patrolling their own space where they're "the only god there is".

If you're "their" human, they'll protect you too. In this way living indoors suits many cats. There are cultures that collectively act as custodians of cats without keeping them as pets. In Morocco and Turkey, unowned cats lounge around in the cities and people are generally nice enough and feed them to the point that they aren't skittish and often just as friendly as a pet. But the people don't keep them indoors as pets the way they do in the US. I imagine ancient Egypt may have been like this.

I've had my cats morph into other animals in my dreams including a giant primordial snake and a coywolf. You just know it's them.

Cat's will look at stuff you can't see. I've had my cats teleport to different rooms very occasionally. They are very attuned to the death process and know when it's their time. They've often been considered to straddle the seen and unseen realms. They will purr near you to offer healing.

Romania. Maybe it's summer heat starting up plus mating season. One had a sack hanging from her leg, probably a tumor. And others less obvious, just looking extra rough.

Cats are solitary animals. The only type of cat that is a pack animal are lions. All other cats are meant to live outside alone. The fact that your cat comes to you just means they want food, and they like things that feel good like scratches / sitting on you. They don't care for you anymore than a pet bird or a lizard does. Not only are they solitary animals, not only do they see you as beneath them, they are exceptionally retarded for a mammal. Since people love to compare cats and dogs, look at how many neurons a cat has VS a dog. People think of dogs as dumb oafs and cats as intelligent because cats are more agile and come off as more graceful. People call dogs slaves. But social intelligence actually takes a lot of brainpower.
Here's a question, I want you to picture a cat owner in your head. What image pops into your mind? I guarantee you that if you asked most people the picture that would pop into their head is a woman, or if a man it would be some basedboy who is balding and has glasses and is disgusting. That's what you are as a cat owner. A woman, or a cuck basedboy.

> If your cat visits you in your dreams they're usually a spiritual protector.
Mine does this pretty frequently. My fiancée gets pretty butthurt that she feeds cat and scoops litter box but is completely ignored while I get adored for basically nothing
>If you're "their" human, they'll protect you too
Also this. My cat slaps my Great Pyrenees when he doesn’t listen. He listens to the cat, though. Go figure.
Also, PETAfag is fucking ridiculous trying to derail the thread with “slavery” shit.
I never intended to have a cat. I never even intended to like cats. A cat, however, repeatedly broke into my house every night until I let her just stay. She’s an incredible cat and spends half the day sitting on or above me if she can. I let her outside with the dogs to go to the bathroom and sometimes she stays out to guard the garden from squirrels. She could leave any time she wants but is also a pet by every meaningful definition.

Dogs are domesticated, they literally didn't exist before humans force bred them. They aren't real animals and are pests that shouldn't exist. They aren't magical nor emotional qnd aren't your friends.

Cats are real animals that decided to not fear humans for food and because they caught mice and didn't attack livestock people let them be. Any animal who sees you as a foo source and safety would come around too but humans usually chase them away if they can't use them for something

It's sad what they do to Earth's creatures

The fact cats cause so much anger in people online (such as the anger in the PETAfaggot) is proof alone they are spiritual protectors. Anything that unreasonably causes irrational extreme anger in someone is probably because their demons are being triggered. Another example that causes irrational anger is whenever you call a vice (such as drug or sex addiction) bad, those addicted to those vices become extremely angry. PETAfag's argument of "cats are for women and basedboys" doesn't work on a board like /x/ where astrology is a regular topic and we don't care if we get called girly/gay for it. PETAfag is low IQ and probably brown.
>>
Like I'm betting rn PETAfag is from a Muslim shithole since Muslims hate pets

>Ancient Egyptians worshipped cats.

Cats were revered as creatures with the gift of being able to see straight into a person’s heart. Perhaps you’ve seen the movie "The Godfather"? It’s an old mafia movie. In the first scene, you see the mafia boss negotiating with a client. During the conversation, the mafia boss has a cat on his lap. This is similar to how influential and business-savvy members of that ancient Egyptian society used to have cats present at every audience and every business negotiation in order to determine, based on the cat’s behavior, whether the business partner was trustworthy. But ordinary people also kept cats to see if they could trust other people. In this regard, cats are more reliable than dogs, because dogs are corruptible, but cats are not. Dogs are extremely loyal and submissive, but this very strength can also be their weakness. A cat would never accept anything from a person it does not trust, let alone a bribe in the form of food, for example. Cats cannot be hypocrites; they are brutally honest.

A dog wants to please a human in order to be allowed to follow them - but a human must prove themselves worthy to a cat if they want it to follow them.
