If you're the sort of person who runs from accountability, especially for your own actions, then yes, you won't like having to deal with him. Saturn is the parent that tells you you can't have cookies before dinner. But he doesn't explain that, he'll just traumatize you with cookies until you hate them, resulting in you eating your fill of nutritious dinners instead so you grow to proper size and health. And maybe if you're reflective enough you figure it out in hindsight. Does it make sense? No. But that's the way boomers are, and they acquiesce and take a backseat or die eventually anyway whether they want to or not. In my experience he pushes people TO that point where they finally understand the lesson, then when you finally stand up for yourself again is when he relents.It's my personal opinion that cultural lens/different names do matter, even if they are simply interpretations of the same core deity. Cronus/Saturn 'reaps' kids in a different way than Baal does, so I would not conflate one's apparent misdeeds with the other. He's the god of the harvest, so you can either do your share to make it a good one or wind up paying the price if you don't.
