Crucial part is to plan benelovent personality core for Tulpa in detail and then you both watch her to be consistent with this sacred personality core.Any malovent deviations from personality core are forbiden. You have to raise your Tulpa like a child. If she will do or say anything disturbing then tell her about it and analise situation to work out best solution so it will never happen again. Don't be harsh to her, she is learning, but never trivialize inconsistency, be alert, persistent in fixing errors and have control. Only demons are those from your shadow. If Tulpa behaves strangely it means that she is infected by Tulpamancers subconscious degenerated tendencies.
