>Harassment techniques include:

>1. Surveillance (being followed, electronic surveillance, computer and phone hacking, monitoring all online activities, and bugging of home)

>3.Conditioning where victims are sensitised to certain stimuli such as everywhere you go someone will cough as they walk past you. The goal is to make you self police and then think anyone who coughs is involved in the harassment. People report of conditioning to include hand gestures, an overt use of colour in peoples clothing (like everyone you see wearing red) or cars a certain colour or with headlights on (also known as brighting).

>4. Anchoring where someone will provide false rationales for the harassment. Often many possible rationales are planted to keep the victim confused and the focus of the harassment cycles from one possible reason to another round and around so as to keep the victim guessing in a self perpetuating guessing game where every scenario you are to blame and causes self doubt, fear, intimidation, and ultimately a cycle of destructive thoughts

>5. Mobbing (or true gangstalking) where everywhere you go you will see an overt display of people following you and often use words you have been conditioned to or your name to draw your attention

>6. Street theatre where a group will "perform" an overt activity like a fake confrontation or scenarios designed to test your reactions. Often takes the form of a couple who position themselves near you and then have a conversation using many of your conditioned words or pertaining to your particular situation and sensitivities.

>7.The use of directional speakers which have the ability to direct sound to a single individual in a crowded room. This particular item is ultimately the most used and is often referred to as V2K or Voice to Skull and is used extensively in the psychological breakdown of the victim. The use initially is to cause the victim to doubt their sanity and drive them into the mental health system, and later to just torment and never give the victim a moment of privacy or peace. If they do enter the mental health system, then harassment escalates dramatically as the victim has now been "discredited" and can be labeled as someone with a mental problem if they do speak out about the harassment.

>8.The use of electronics to effect your eyesight and balance which was originally developed for the military and police crowd control called "dazzling" and even the ability to make you vomit.

>9. Sound campaigns which is a community harassment technique where abnormal levels of sound are directed at the victim and their home. This includes cars deliberately breaking or accelerating when they pass, people talking excessively loudly at all hours of the night, amplification of sound using directional speakers so that external sounds that previously couldnt be heard now can, garbage trucks and other heavy vehicles, and countless other deliberate tactics

>10. Sleep deprivation - this is perhaps one of the most insidious tactics used where victims are woken multiple times a night and can be kept awake for days at a time. The effects are dramatic and completely debilitating effecting concentration, mood, irritability, appearance, and significantly impacts all areas of their life - job performance, relationships, and significantly aids in discrediting the victim as they appear unorganised, disheveled, and sleeping patterns alter so they may sleep during the day (where noise campaigns are more effective) and be awake at night (where they can be painted as the one making noise and being a disruptive member of the community).

>11. Baiting or entrapment where victims are harassed to the point that they lash out and commit a crime such as assault, break and enter or vandalism, as they try and locate the source of the harassment. Harassers will actively try to provoke verbal and physical confrontations especially after a period of sleep deprivation. Or they are prompted into an activity which can then be used as leverage such as affairs, sexuality, drug use, or other criminal activity.

>12. Gaslighting which is a form of psychological abuse where someone will actively try undermine victims and to make them doubt themselves so that they lose all self confidence and self esteem and are therefor easier to manipulate and push toward the mental health pathway. It can be as simlpe as being told something which they then deny, then telling them how silly they are for thinking they said it, and turn the lie around into an attack on the person. It can be incredibly effective coming from a trusted person and before the victim understands what is happening to them.

>13.Blackbag jobs is a term when a harasser breaks into a victims property and places something or deliberately moves something. The purpose is to cause self doubt, and fear that their property is being accessed which harassers try to then sell as paranoia.

>14. Propaganda and disinformation is also the other key element to suppress knowledge of this practice as its effectiveness initially requires the victim to be unaware of the existence of gangstalking, gaslighting, or the electronic technologies such as directional speakers so huge amounts of time are devoted online to creating disinformation sites which attempt to discredit victims by pushing the mental health agenda. They achieve this by posing as victims and actively trying to sound crazy so that all victims are are treated as such. Also by creating websites claiming to help victims and being a resource for victims to come together and then harassing them to the extent that they lose hope and no longer reach out for help causing further isolation.

>15. Further to the above, gangstalkers rely on disbelief and discrediting and as such much of the harassment is designed (at least initially) to mimic mental health issues. They also rely on their abuse being so extreme, so pervasive, so fundamentally immoral, as to be disbelieved and victims subsequently resort to photographing, videotaping, and sound recording their everyday encounters to disprove the countless unfounded claims made against them - especially in relation to gaslighting, which gangstalkers try to turn around and paint the victims as paranoid or irrational. Victims are made to feel helpless as every attempt to defend themselves is used against them and when they seek help they are met with disbelief or open hostility.

I was later contacted by a company called Capita who apparently do phine assessments for PiP for the DWP. I went ahead with the phone assessment, didn't think that I was eligible for PiP but not sure why they contacted me seen as I did not fill out the PiP forms which you have to do before the DWP process the claim. Still have the forms here at home not filled out, I do not claim PiP, only universal credit. These stalkers are possibly claiming PiP in my name and commiting fraud.

Also January I was asked by my jobcentre work coach Ruksana if I wanted her to make am appointment with a guy named Josh at Bilston Job Center who she told me works for NHS Thrive into work. I asked for her to make the appointment with him as I wanted the extra support with finding work. During this time I was also attending appointments at Morrisons Cafe with someone named Gavin Pearce who apparently was from NHS Employment services.

I attended weekly appointments with this Gavin Pearce who at the time told me a few things that he would do to help me find work, he never did any of the things he said he would do and I'm not sure he was who he claimed to be. I'm just going to lay out exactly what happened. All of this is completely true. I believe I was gangstalked by Russian APT (organized criminals/intelligence). However, that's my own speculation. I actually have no idea who gangstalked me.

In 2023 I got obsessed with a profile on Twitter. I am very mentally ill (99% of therapists refuse to see me, they just refer me to a mental hospital. I'm THAT radioactive, with OCD, schizoid personality, etc.) That means I'm an isolated weirdo loner who's vulnerable to psychological manipulation online. I reached levels of obsession that most mentally healthy people can't fathom. I was on an SSRI drug which paradoxically worsened my OCD (Luvox) so my obsessive love was amplified by 1000%. The shrink at my university prescribed me the Luvox. Later, in 2025, a mysterious individual -- NOT my shrink -- who had access to my medical records anonymously leaked my records to the university police, eventually getting me kicked out of college. No idea who made the anonymous tip, but it turned my life upside down.

On Luvox, it was like every faucet of obsessive love turned on at once. I was directing this obsession towards a woman that had been inactive on Twitter for months. (She was focusing on her career in jewelry/fashion promotion in Turkey. For privacy, I'll call her "Bimbo.") I was publicly declaring my obsession into the void. Nobody follows me on Twitter except for these weirdly obvious bot accounts (Like "CatelynTanner13704" with an AI-generated PFP who like my posts.) I'm a complete nobody, both IRL and online.

In 2023, a mysterious third party started pretending to be Bimbo. They registered the domain name www.bimbo*****.com (the censored part contain her full screen name, which only she uses) and also contacted one of my real life friends on Facebook. Using an anonymous Facebook profile, the third party messaged my friend Daniel: "We want a pure, good Anon (my IRL name). We want to own him. Anon is pure."

They gave a phone # to call, identifying themselves as the "thieves who always give and never take," adding: "We hacked Anon's mother." At the exact same time, my mother's Wal-mart account was hacked used to make a transaction with a gift card. I asked Daniel for the phone # they left him, but he honestly believed that the third party was demonic, so he refused to give the phone # to me. Daniel has never been the same since using DMT, but he is a trustworthy source of information.

My speculation is Russian APT because of the "thieves who always give and never take" comment. In Russia, there is an untouchable caste of petukh (roosters) who you can never take anything from -- you can only give them (rape). This matches with the idea that they want to "own" me. So it was likely Russians, Ukrainians, or some flavor of post-Soviet APT. That's my speculation.

This gangstalker fucked with me in other ways. In 2024, I was taking care of stray cats and giving money to some e-girls on Twitter. While this was happening, someone registered the "Bimbo*****" screen name on Twitter and started putting messages to me in the bio. The first message, which I didn't screenshot, read (in Turkish): "Fuck off. I hate your guts, you disloyal mutt." The other two messages are pic related: "If you love me, scare away those women forever." and "Good job. You can be my loyal dog but leave me alone. Take care of the stray cats. Your money is for them, not those women."

I confirmed it was NOT the woman in Turkey who I was obsessed with, but a third party who was behind this Twitter account. Also, in 2023 around the same time as the website being registered, someone sent a tip to the FBI resulting in them contacting me. There is a possibility the gangstalker is associated with the FBI. In early 2025, shortly after the 2024 doppelganger incident on Twitter, the FBI contacted me again & threatened to open a criminal case against me. No further incidents, but my life is ruined (no college)

tl;dr: Turns out it wasn't paranoia.

Last night was cloudy, and I saw some drone activity, one high-altitude model that could've been watching me for a while, but at a distant low horizontal angle that I assumed unlikely. I stared at it a good long while anyway, just to verify it was moving and not a building warning light in the fog. It was visible through a sort of keyhole in the middle of a double tower, an odd coincidence, considering it was the only one in the sky.

We're near an airport, so presumably the high altitude drones must use running lights for safety, and can't fly in cloud cover. Airplanes regularly pass overhead, climbing out.

Tonight I spotted the usual two surveillance drones, bright and thus closer than usual, but at a low horizontal angle, probably watching a different park, ensuring the kids didn't have too much fun trying new things.

This greatly encouraged me; I took it to mean those assets were native to the area, and focused on zone surveillance, not me in particular. One always enjoys putting paranoia to rest. Perhaps they took a temporary interest in the sus foreigner with the backpack; completely understandable.

I relaxed and enjoyed the full Moon, still double checking the skies to confirm it.

On the short walk back, I was feeling pretty smug, planning my victory post. However, I lost track of the two drones. I assumed they were hidden behind the buildings and soon reacquired one, still at the same low angle.

Just as I was about to reenter my building, walking down the narrow keyhole driveway, where only vertical surveillance can see past the fences, I looked straight up and saw the other drone, at the *perfect angle* to confirm I'd actually walked into the residence's only entrance.

"There's no way," I thought to myself. I'd checked and rechecked. That drone had absolutely moved from low horizontal to directly overhead -- just like I suspected (or saw) the previous times. They *were* in fact following me.

I was relaxed and not trying my hardest. But at this point, I assume it's government surveillance. Not necessarily for esoteric reasons; there's another very timely and benign reason.

What makes me think it's for esoteric reasons, is that the drone operators don't care at all when I look at them. They only get sneakier after I write about them. This suggests an uninformed operator who doesn't really care, just going through the motions. Which makes sense if the drones are just local cops.

Well, the USG has known for a long while, allegedly. About time the locals caught up.

No reason to think I warrant an actual pursuit team, of course. Just a person of interest on the precinct surveillance list. A competent government, how refreshing.

The ones in further in the progress just sound like complete schizo. Lamest conspiracy anyone could have interest for. Speaking from experience. It has existed for a long long time. Some actually think they will expose it someday but that day will never come. They are in beginning part of the torture progress.
