The Manta is a very alien craft, like the Roswell craft, it has "wings" that can flex and move like it's alive, and also like the Roswell craft it has a very shinny belly that emits plasma. What you see in the video is the wings bending inwards, seemingly containing the plasma, then gently expanding outward releases the contained plasma. It's flight characteristics is also very weird because it doesn't fly like you would imagine and airplane, straight and level. It rotates, tumbles end over end, can go straight up/down side to side. They also vibrate as a very specific frequency. So it's cool that at least that one slipped though the cracks.
